How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Most of the time, yes. Please email support@thehampergalleria.com.au with your order number within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to help you with your request.

We ship from Eastwood, NSW 2122
What are your delivery options?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $10 flat rate or free when you spend over $99. Express delivery is $15 on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days, plus 1-8 business days on the road depending on the delivery option.
Dispatch may take longer due to the Christmas shopping rush.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship within Australia at this time.
Do you offer click & collect?
We do not offer click & collect at this stage but we are working on it, stay tuned!
I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?
If you haven’t received your order within reasonable time frame or believe that your order is lost, please contact support@thehampergalleria.com.au with your order number and we will look into it for you.

What if I have received a faulty or damaged product?
Your satisfaction is our priority here at The Hamper Galleria. We assess every product carefully before dispatching. On rare occasions, accidents do happen. Please contact support@thehampergalleria.com.au if you have received a faulty or damaged product and we will refund or exchange for you with free return shipping.
How do I make an online return and is it free?
Email support@thehampergalleria.com.au with your invoice and clearly indicate your order number and the products you wish to return.
You will need to cover the return postage if you have changed your mind on your purchase. However, if the items are faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage.
